When you use the booking form or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, event date, venue or city, guest count and anything you tell us about the event. If you say you're a tax-exempt organization we record that so we can send the right form.
Quoting your event, confirming and scheduling it, delivering and collecting the equipment, invoicing, and answering you when you get in touch. That's it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — our booking and messaging platform, our payment processor, and our email provider — and only so they can do that work for us.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
If you tick the consent box on the booking form, or if you call or text us first, we may text you at the number you gave us about your booking — quotes, confirmations, scheduling and delivery reminders. Messages may be sent by automated means.
Consent is not a condition of renting anything from us. You can book by phone or email and never receive a text.
We keep enquiry and booking records while they're useful to us and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except anything we're legally required to hold on to.
We use AI in parts of how we work, including when we respond to enquiries and calls. Ask for a person at any point and you'll get one.
