The service

We rent silent disco headphone kits for events across DFW. Quotes, bookings, delivery, setup, and pickup are subject to availability and the details confirmed in your quote.

Website & booking

You agree to give accurate event details (date, location, headcount, contact). We may decline or cancel a booking if info is wrong or we can’t fulfill safely.

Payments

Fees, deposits, and refunds follow what we confirm in writing (email or text) for your event.

Lonestar Silent Disco SMS / text alerts

Program name: Lonestar Silent Disco SMS. If you opt in (booking form checkbox, or you text/call us first), we may send transactional texts — quotes, confirmations, scheduling, and delivery/pickup reminders — not marketing blasts. Messages may be sent by automated means. You must be 18 or older to opt in. Consent is not required to rent.

• Message frequency varies — typically a handful of messages around your event date.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help, or call 817-854-8151.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Liability

Gear stays our property. You’re responsible for reasonable care during the rental. We’re not liable for carrier delays on texts or for venue rules outside our control.
